All FVC servers are replicated to our second UK datacentre as standard. Our Professional management option has HA as standard and includes proactive monitoring with a managed firewall. Our Enterprise management option includes custom application level monitoring, proactive server reports delivered via our portal and installation of patches.

Disaster recovery is challenging and expensive which is why we naturally replicate our cloud servers to our second site via our site to site replication. This offers clients full redundancy and a rudimentary starting point towards a DR strategy which can be further tailored to include a defined Enterprise level RPO/RTO delivered under a tailored SLA. Additional managed backup and archiving solutions are available. We also guarantee 0% data loss on all migrations and 100% SLA compliance whilst not leveraging upfront costs.
