Frontier Support Service has grown out of the demand for a single end-to-end service following a cloud consulting engagement, or to complement our other Cloud Services; providing a single point of contact and drastically reducing transition time and cost in aligning new IT services with business objectives.

1. To mitigate the risk of a prior consulting engagement (typically comprising new or upgraded infrastructure or system architecture) by providing continued access to the same experienced team that completed the deployment and therefore can easily contribute to its on-going effective operation;

2. To facilitate the delivery of Frontier Cloud Services by providing a simple and convenient channel for communication and escalation, as well as a framework for ensuring process consistency, transparency, responsiveness and quality of service;

3. To act as an extension to your technical resource pool, made possible by our highly flexible “pay-per-use” support charging model.
