A client-focused, B2B technology savvy leader, Edwin has been helping organisations drive their IT resources towards achieving their goals for over 15 years. With an exceptional technical background, he has a proven record of success in managing IT services, creating practical managed services and cloud based solutions.
Edwin has engineered the rapid growth of Frontier Technology: from its founding in London in 2005 to becoming one of Europe’s respected providers of on-premise and private cloud computing technologies today.
When not managing the company, he spends his leisure days chasing that adrenaline high – be it in flying helicopters, speeding boats, riding his bike through the M25 traffic or chopping his culinary ways through to the kitchen.
Seamless Weight Lifting of Operations and Client Services
Prince 2 certified, Scott brings his years of technical and operational IT experience to the Frontier team. He was instrumental in the consultation, design and project implementation and management of a business continuity solution for a national motor sports governing body and for a national charity organisation.
He once joined dance competition in Australia and won a trip to the Great Barrier Reef. However, due to some moves being hand stands, his passport slipped off his shirt pocket and missed out on the prize!
Captain of Client Needs Fulfillment
Having worked for established technology multinationals, Nick brings his experience in IT consulting, sales and operations to Frontier Technology. His current role focuses on creating, implementing and monitoring operational effectiveness in all of the organisation’s engagements whilst overseeing solution delivery and client satisfaction.
He plays competitive hockey every weekend. Orders entrée in French. On some occasions, he flies and sails (yes, he has a private pilot’s and skipper’s licenses!) around the UK or to any nearby European destination. That’s a major in organising complicated situations!
The Master Mind
Maciek brings magic to almost all activities Frontier Technology engages in. He is a seasoned technical consultant with not just years of experience but a multitude of certifications and qualifications under his belt. He has lead projects that include Citrix solutions, virtualisation, SAN deployment and migration, domain migration and health checks, and various infrastructure projects.
He loves his strong coffee which probably explains why he likes to keep on moving and grooving. More of a hobby that anything, he spends 45 minutes to and from work on his bicycle.
Black Belter in Connectivity and Networking
With Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert certification under his belt, Dennis is one of only 600 engineers in the UK to possess a distinct level of expertise in the field of connectivity and networking. He is highly experienced in deploying and implementing solutions for enterprise network, IP telephony, security equipment and related server. He graduated with a Master’s degree in MA Management.
Together with his wife, they turn their kitchen into a lab experimenting with food; whilst hip hop music blares on the background. If the cooking turns too sour, pun intended, KFC is the go-to place.
Opening Batsman for Third-Line Support
With a first class engineering degree in IT, and almost a decade’s experience in the same field, Logesh has addressed various IT challenges. From migration to virtualisation issues and even server restore scenarios that every IT guy dreads. “At the end of the day client satisfaction is the key thing that matters and it’s something that I always strive to achieve.”
He plays and is an ardent fan and cricket, as he should be coming from India. A foodie at heart, he enjoys exploring the great and multi-cultural cuisines London has to offer.
Head Surgeon of the Frontier Cloud
With a Master’s degree in Advanced Computing and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Shahin is Frontier Technology’s genius when it comes to cross-platform datacentre management. He has deployed SCOM for over 400 servers at a financial trading house is currently responsible for ensuring that the Frontier Cloud is always healthy.
He has a vast interest in world history and general science. When not exploring and learning, he plays football, tennis or badminton… always aiming to win for the coveted reward of cheesecake.
Racing Client’s Infrastructure on a Four-Wheel Drive
Powered by Microsoft, Cisco and Citrix certifications, Pratul’s experience in enterprise systems support is top-class. He’s helped build the infrastructure of an insurance company, built a SharePoint solution for a large UK charity and managed the disaster recovery invocation of a reputable law firm.
He’s an avid fan of motor sports. In fact, he’s driven in a rally in Kenya. He enjoys servicing cars and finds comfort in, uhmmm…, cleaning. Yes, you read that right!
Iron Man with a Heart of Gold
Before joining Frontier Technology, Lipon’s most rewarding accomplishment was helping build the infrastructure of a charity organisation from scratch in three office across the UK, later helping upgrade the same infrastructure to accommodate their growth. He is an academic achiever (A+, no less!) and holds a number of certifications from Microsoft and Cisco.
With a zealous heart for noble causes, he has helped a local youth club fundraise to invest in health equipment. He is an avid supporter of Manchester United and a fan of the Avengers.
Pillar of the Team
He’s the man orchestrating the scenes. Dean coordinate projects; linking client requirements with the Service Delivery team. He liaises with Frontier’s partners and suppliers; ensuring we deliver the best value to our customers. He’s the Sales team’s cornerstone; lending invaluable back-end support so the team’s processes run seamlessly. He champions his current role by drawing from his previous experience in coordinating projects for big banks, charities and manufacturers.
Deep house, electronic, drum & bass music rock his boat. He’s also a die-hard Chelsea fan who, win or lose, celebrates success and finds comfort in a Byron Burger.
Seasoned Pro in Solution Guidance
Holding commercial and technical certifications for all of the leading IT vendors, Dale is a veteran. His first experience was with computer networks where he eventually specialised in server and storage infrastructure – a good grounding for what Frontier Technology does today. His current role involves helping clients map their business and operational requirements to the technologies and managed services available.
He likes to travel the world following football and rugby, and has been to dozens of England away games, seven World Cups and a few Leicester Tigers and City games around Europe (okay, we know Leicester City doesn’t get to play in Europe often!). He is in the process of converting his son’s kart to dad size and plans to race himself in 2014!

Having previously advised numerous corporate and public sector accounts with their varied IT challenges, Ruju believes that the foundation to building a solid relationship with clients is to establish personal credibility, rapport and understanding clients business challenges. Her approach is always consultative, never salesy, giving clients options whilst recommending the most suitable solution.
She has Sales Accreditations from the major IT brands inside her purse, allowing her to be receptive in learning new ideas on enhancing growth. This coupled together with her degree in Psychology makes a great match in the world of IT Sales. Ruju loves exploring international cuisines and burns the calories by playing badminton and swimming. She’s also on a mission to travel the world… next stop: South America!
Business Strategist & Vish-ionary
An MBA holder with international work experience in South Asia and the UK, Vish believes that Sales is all about being a problem-solver. He has successfully seen projects from start to finish; most notable of which include server and database migration for a political party & integrating a complex billing application for a leading wine retailer.
He is an amateur quizzer and dreams of going on BBC Mastermind one day. His current weekend challenge is to be able to bowl out his teenage son in a game of cricket.

“Delighting customers by exceeding expectations is what I always aim for.” Chad’s years of sales experience in the recruitment industry, plus his degree in politics, has given Frontier Technology a fresh insight into account management. His unique approach to client relations makes technology-selling personal to the organisation he is dealing with.
He has worked in Mother Teresa’s leper compound and orphanage in India. When not healing the world, he plays football with the hope of one day playing for the Arsenal.
The Man with His Head in the Clouds
Having worked in retail, science, tourism and even construction, Alex’s varied past professional experiences brings a variety of perspectives and dynamism to the team. He has a real passion for learning and for putting these knowledge into practical application.
He has a degree in Pharmacology and was involved in a research into relationships between sleep cycles and neurotransmitters; and explored the effects of nanoparticles on cancerous cells. Uhmmm… say that again?
Middle-Weight Champ in Sales Support
Fully experienced and trained in account management, demo presentation and campaign management and delivery, Henry is the master of all sales trades. He churns Frontier Technology’s sales cycle pegs whilst building relationships with vendors.
In 2007, Henry was part of the UK University National Champion team for American football. He also competes in amateur long jump, boxing and sprinting -his top record for a 100-metre sprint is 11.6 seconds. Run, Henry, run!
